Step 2: Backup your data
Back up all databases that will be updated to the new version. If you subscribe to CDM+ SAAS or Data Hosting you can contact support to make a backup or simply rely on the nightly backup.

Redraw issues under macOS 11 Big Sur
Windows may temporarily display black sections or not redraw consistently under macOS 11 Big Sur.
WORKAROUND: Choose Redraw Top Window or Redraw All Windows from the new Redraw menu depending on how many windows are affected. A future update will remove this menu once redraw issues are resolved.
Error upgrading Suran Server version 2
If you attempt to upgrade Suran Server version 2 to version 4, you will encounter an error during the upgrade.WORKAROUND: Updating from self-hosted CDM+ 10.1 and earlier to 11.1
Cannot edit posted online contributions
You can edit contributions from Engage or Text Giving until they have been posted. Once posted, you cannot edit the contribution.
WORKAROUND: Un-process the deposit, edit the contribution, then re-process.
