For Data Hosting/SAAS clients, CDM+ 11.1 includes support for Mobile Receipts. In additional to the CDM+ 11.1 beta, you will need access to the beta release of CDM+ Mobile 2.3. Email support@cdmplus.com to request access to the beta. Include:
You do not need to update all CDM+ Mobile users to CDM+ Mobile 2.3. You can elect to provide the beta to only those users wanting access to mobile receipts while other users run the published version of CDM+ Mobile.
CDM+ Mobile 2.2 or later is required to access CDM+ 11.0.x databases.

Back up all databases that will be updated to the new version. If you subscribe to CDM+ SAAS or Data Hosting you can contact support to make a backup or simply rely on the nightly backup.
Click the link above to download the installer for your platform.
Follow the Installing CDM+ guide to install CDM+. This will remove previous versions of CDM+ from your computer.
Open CDM+ and update your database(s) to the current version.
Once you update your database to 11.1, you will be unable to revert it to a previous version. |

If you attempt to upgrade Suran Server version 2 to version 4, you will encounter an error during the upgrade.
WORKAROUND: Contact support for help reverting your server installation to version 2, then update first to CDM+ 11.0.3, and then to version 11.1.
When merging giving units you may experience excessive screen redrawing.
WORKAROUND: Ignore this visual issus. The merge functionality will function as designed.
You can edit contributions from Engage or Text Giving until they have been posted. Once posted, you cannot edit the contribution.
WORKAROUND: Un-post the deposit, edit the contribution, then re-post.

CDM+ 11.1 includes a correction tax calculations for Georgia State Income Tax. Previously the standard deduction was mis-calculated at $4,600.00 for the year for those filing as Married. CDM+ 11.1 uses the the correct deduction of $3,000.00 for the year for persons marked as Married Filing separate Return. These deductions are defined in Table E on page 42 of the Employer Tax Guide. Because of this mis-calculation, it's possible employee state income tax for 2020 has been under-withheld. We recommend review YTD withholdings and, where necessary, add additional state tax withholding to catch up employees to avoid owing any state taxes when filing 2020 returns.
