DonorWorks 11.1 WILL NOT RUN on 32-bit Windows operating systems (x86). Ensure ALL clients that will run DonorWorks 11.1 meet these system requirements. |
Back up all databases that will be updated to the new version. If you subscribe to DonorWorks SAAS or Data Hosting you can contact support to make a backup or simply rely on the nightly backup.

DonorWorks has the same installation guide as CDM+. |
Follow the Installing CDM+ guide to install DonorWorks. This will remove previous versions of DonorWorks from your computer.
Open DonorWorks and update your database(s) to the current version.
Once you update your database to 11.1, you will be unable to revert it to a previous version. |
Please be aware of these issues when running DonorWorks 11.1. |
Windows may temporarily display black sections or not redraw consistently under macOS 11 Big Sur.
WORKAROUND: Choose Redraw Top Window or Redraw All Windows from the new Redraw menu depending on how many windows are affected. A future update will remove this menu once redraw issues are resolved.
