Gifts Given vs. Used Report Reference

The Gifts Given vs. Used Report provides users with the ability to print out balances for Memorial Gifts. The report window uses the standard CDM+ report framework, but there are two unique features to the report that is specific to Memorial Gifts:

1. Search on Designees, and
2. The ability to print designees with or without a balance.

Standard Search

1. Used/Given Date Range
• The date range of when gifts were given and used. It is important to remember that this range incorporates both gifts given and gifts used. For example, gifts could have been given from January 2014 through December 2020, but the last gift used was in July 2021. Then, you must ensure that the date range incorporates the first gift given and the last gift used.
2. Gift Designees
• This is a list of all designees entered under the Gift Designee Records window. You can use all or select the specific designees you wish to print.

Advanced Search

Fields available for the advanced search of Gifts Given vs. Used report are those under the Primary Record. There are no related records for this report.

Options > Report

There are two checkboxes to give you the ability to toggle the balance of designee records. With the two checkboxes, you can opt to show Designees that have a balance and those without together. Or, you can choose to show those with or without a balance.
