Since Memorial Gifts allows you to track the amounts received and the amounts used of the Designee gifts, you may want to track the activity of the received monies.
Memorial Gifts has a report that shows the amount of monies received versus the amount used from each Designee account that has a balance or not.
The report is named Memorial Gifts Given vs. Used. It shows the amounts given and those used along with the balance for each designee.
The report below shows the activity for all of the designees in our system as well as for those with a balance and those without a balance. So, how do we reproduce this report?

Reports → Memorial Gifts Reports → Memorial Gifts Given vs. Used
How to set up the report
- Enter a date range for the Used/Given date.
- Select the Designee(s) for whom you wish to print the report.
- Click Report
- Do you want to see designees with a balance? If so, choose With Balance. If you want to include those designees without a balance, then select Without Balance. In our example, we will include both.
- You are now ready to print the report. In the upper right-hand corner click Print.
