Print and Preview Options

The fields available under the Primary Record are those found on the Gift Designee Records window. For more information regarding these fields, see Memorial Gift Designee Records.
Options > Report
There are two checkboxes to give you the ability to toggle the balance of designee records. With the two checkboxes, you can opt to show Designees that have a balance and those without together. Or, you can choose to show those with or without a balance.
