Unable to log on to the settings database
Certain Windows installations will produce an error opening CDM+ after upgrading to 11.1.0.
WORKAROUND: Error launching CDM+: Unable to log on to the settings database
Error upgrading Suran Server version 2
If you attempt to upgrade Suran Server version 2 to version 4, you will encounter an error during the upgrade.
WORKAROUND:Contact support for help reverting your server installation to version 2, then update first to CDM+ 11.0.3, and then to version 11.1. Updating from self-hosted CDM+ 10.1 and earlier to 11.1

WORKAROUND: Un-post the deposit, edit the contribution, then re-post.
Cannot process a deposit with Engage Billing payments
If an online deposit includes payments from Engage Billing you will encounter an error processing the deposit.
WORKAROUND: A fix will be applied to your database at 4:00 a.m. Eastern Time the day after you update to 11.1.0. If you need a patch sooner, please contact CDM+ Support.
Cannot backup databases for self-hosted DonorWorks users
This does not affect users on hosting or self-hosted CDM+ users.

FTP Sync (Self-Hosted Clients)
The FTP sync feature has been removed from automatic backups for self-hosted clients. A file sync feature is not specific to Suran's software and can be accomplished using a number of 3rd party tools.
