Am I required to be on a software plan?
You will need an active plan to access your data in CDM+ and use CDM+ services like Mobile and Engage. If you no longer want to access these services you can obtain a CSV data dump or move to a Traditional license. Pricing for a CSV data dump is as follows:

How do I cancel my plan?
